Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Seton Hall. Scott also is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Cisco Certified Network Administrator and a Novell Certified Network Engineer. Scott’s early years in business were spent as a sales manager for The Horizon Group, a major home fashions company and later as the company operations manager overseeing 75 employees in 4 different facilities. Later, Scott went on to manage the help desk for Ketchum Communications, then the 10th largest public relations firm on Madison Avenue in New York. There he managed 250 network users in the New York office and 5 Windows NT domains in offices around the world. Scott spent 10 years as a Professor of Computer Networking at the Chubb Institute, a private college with schools in 5 states, teaching and writing the curricula for the Network Administration and Security diploma course. Scott maintains his affiliation with ACICS, the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools as a Network Specialist and is frequently called upon to travel to schools to around the country to evaluate their computer programs for accreditation with the council.
